In 2010, during the middle of the busy summer season, a young lady was climbing a tree to get into her second story condo unit. Why was she climbing a tree? Because she rented her condo through an individual owner and locked herself out of the unit. She visited the front desk of the resort for assistance, but because she had rented through the owner, the staff could do nothing to help her. To get back in the condo, she had to climb the tree…like a monkey.
